تاثیر فضای کسب و کار بر تاب‌آوری اقتصادی بخش صنعت در استان‌های ایران

چکیده

اقتصاد ملی و منطقه‌ای به طور فزاینده‌ای در معرض بحران‌های مختلف قرار گرفته که آسیب‌پذیری آن را افزایش داده است. صاحب‌نظران معتقدند بهبود تاب‌آوری اقتصادی از طریق شناسایی و مدیریت عوامل کلیدی، راهکار اصلی کاهش این نوسانات و ارتقای ثبات است.
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر فضای کسب و کار  بر تاب‌آوری اقتصادی بخش صنعت در ۲۸ استان ایران طی دو دوره رکود و رونق (1391-1380) و (1392-1400) می‌باشد. بدین منظور از الگوی رگرسیون وزنی جغرافیایی (GWR)  که ناهمسانی فضایی را در تاب اوری بخش صنعت استان‌‌ها در نظر می گیرد، استفاده شده است. نتایج برآورد و تجزیه و تحلیل ضرایب نشان می‌دهد فضای کسب و کار در 100 درصد استانها در دوره 1380-1391 و  در 93 درصد استانها در دوره 1392-1400 تاثیر مثبت و معنادار بر تاب اوری بخش صنعت داشته است. همچنین نتایج تاثیر مثبت سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه اجتماعی، زیرساخت حمل و نقل، مخارج دولت، تمرکز  فعالیتهای صنعتی و تنوع فعالیتهای اقتصادی بر تاب‌آوری را نشان می‌دهد.
